Shipping Costs. 

Shipping charges are order specific and can vary widely based on the order size and destination. Our pledge to you is to offer you most economical shipping option available for your particular order. All orders shipped from AK-Models Inc are insured for the total value of the order. All shipping must be done to physical addresses only, with exception to APO orders. We do not except COD orders.

Damaged Merchandise.

Upon receiving merchandise from AK-Models Inc, please inspect for shipping damages before accepting shipment. In case of visible damage to the shipping box(s) refuse shipment at the time of delivery, if shipment is delivered without you being there, please inspect items for damages. Notify us of any problems immediately with pictures and details. After carrier inspection, we will replace the damaged merchandise a soon as possible.

Product Limit of Liability.

AK-Models Inc only obligation shall be is to replace any defective or missing par. End user shall determent the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.

Return Policy.

No Returns or adjustments can be made on order 30 days or over from the invoice date. NO Returns are accepted on custom laser cutting services or products.
